Q: How much do you charge per square foot??
A: We'd love to tell you but the price well vary depending on your syle and budget. We build completly custom to meet your needs and desires, some basic examples are door styles, flooring choices, counter tops, hardware, appliances, insulation, the amount of lot prep needed. Options are only as limited as your imagination or budget.
Here is an example of a 3000 square foot house
1. 3000 square ft on a level lot with a two car garage, small porch, small pato, laminate counter tops, and kenmore appliances.
2. Take the same 3000 square ft home on a hill with a three car garage, large porch, large patio, granite counter tops, and commercial grade vicking appliances.
These two homes will vary a considerable amount just based on these factors alone!
Q: What price range do you build in?
A: We build custom for any price range. We will build a home for a young couple just starting out up to large commercial building.
Q: Do you have plans to pick from? Do you have an architect that you use?
A: Yes I have plans for you to look at, and I also have several architects to choose from depending on your individual situation.

Q: We already have a set of plans, will you use our set of plans?
A: Yes absolutely that is what we primarly build.
Q: We really like a plan but there are some small changes we would like to make, can you do that?
A: Yes, depending on the complexity of the change, there are many changes that we can make without having to get a plan redrawn.
Q: How long will it take to build?
A: There are several factors to consider such as size of project, weather, lot prep needed, Once I have more of the details I will be able to give a good estimate on the length of time needed.
Q: Do you have financing available?
A: Yes we can help with financing. We have several financing institutions that we work with and we are more than happy to work with your finacial intitution.
